Is there a minimum order?

Shipping way

Once the payment is received, your order will be prepared and sent by express transport, delivered within 24 / 72h (working days). You will receive an e-mail when your order leaves our facilities.
Shipping costs are € 7 per unit for deliveries to Spain and € 39 per unit for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Gran Canarias and Melilla.

Deliveries in the Canary Islands may take 24 hours more for customs issues.

Deliveries in Formentera may take an additional 48 hours for reasons beyond the control of the company.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order in one of these ways:

Wire transfer: Once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the account number where to make the transfer. Please note that this payment method is not immediate, and it may take up to 48 hours for us to receive payment confirmation.

Paypal: Pay through the totally secure Paypal payment gateway. You will be redirected to Paypal’s secure payment gateway, and once the payment has been made, you will return to our website with the order confirmation.

Returns

The product can be returned without problem ONLY in the event of a manufacturing defect within 7 days from the order delivery date. Please send us an e-mail to kbedich@kbedich.com indicating the details of the defect. You must prepare the product in its original packaging and Kbedich will be in charge of managing the collection of the product. The Kbedich laboratory will assess the incidence. Once the return is accepted, we immediately request the refund and send you a confirmation email. The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used.
